Reporting and safety

Use the in-app reporting tool whenever possible. “End relationship” stops direct communication and prevents future matching with that person. Urgent safety matters are prioritised; Papaya aims to begin reviewing them within 24 hours and other matters within three business days. Complex matters may take longer.

If you are in immediate danger, leave the situation and call 112. single.is is not an emergency service.

When contacting us

Describe the issue without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify your identity for account-related requests. Never email a password, login code or payment-card information.
